How I Started

For a solid decade, I was stuck in the whole diet culture circus, you know? Tried this, tried that – nothing seemed to stick. But then, I stumbled upon the real deal, the truth about how to fix up my metabolism, sculpt the body I actually wanted, and keep those pesky chronic diseases at bay. And let me tell you, once I got wind of that, it was like a light bulb went off – couldn’t think about anything else.

So, back in 2017, I pulled the plug on my nursing gig. Yep, said goodbye to the scrubs and dove headfirst into a nutrition and mindset certification bonanza. I mean, I might’ve gone a bit overboard, but hey, when you find something that lights you up, you run with it, right?

Since then, I’ve been on a bit of a mission – coaching my heart out to help people live their absolute best lives. It’s not just about the body; it’s about rewiring the way we think about health. And let me tell you, it’s a wild ride. Every certification was like peeling back a layer, revealing the secrets to long-lasting well-being and helping folks tap into their full potential.
