I was stuck in diet culture for 10 years before I learned the truth. Once I learned the truth about how to heal metabolism, get the body I wanted and stave off chronic disease, it’s all I could think about. So, in 2017, I left my nursing career, got an almost embarrassing amount of nutrition and mindset certifications and started coaching. I’ve been on a mission ever since to help people live their best lives and chase down their potential.
